Your data when requesting a quote
We collect the contact and travel details you provide to assess your enquiry, prepare a proposal and contact you. Submitting does not subscribe you to advertising. Please do not include health details, identity documents or information about other people; practical accessibility requirements are sufficient.
Your enquiry and any attached PDF are stored in the website management system with access restricted to authorised staff. The PDF is used to review your programme and is not published on the website. Contact info@tourofertas.com to exercise your rights or request information about processing and retention.
We handle your enquiry to prepare a possible booking at your request. If you contact us on behalf of an organisation, we use the professional details needed to maintain that relationship. Optional cookies rely on your consent.
Technical services and backups
We use IONOS to host the website, Resend to send enquiry notifications, and IONOS and DonDominio for email mailboxes. PDFs are scanned on our server. Off-site backups are encrypted before being downloaded to the work computer and Microsoft OneDrive folder.
Resend may process data in the United States. Its data processing agreement incorporates standard contractual clauses for transfers where applicable. You can request information about these safeguards from the controller. Resend data processing agreement.
Retention and your rights
Retention depends on handling the enquiry, any resulting contractual relationship, and applicable obligations and liabilities. You can request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, where applicable, by emailing info@tourofertas.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Cookies and measurement
